We want you to love what you ordered. Because our outlet pieces are part of past collections and limited in availability, all sales are final for refunds — but we still offer store credit and exchanges to make sure you end up with something you love.


Store Credit & Exchanges (7-Day Window)

Need a better fit or something new? We've got you.

You can return items for store credit or exchange if your return is:

  • Requested through our return portal, and

  • Shipped back within 7 days of delivery

Store credit is issued minus the $7.95 return label fee.
Exchanges are subject to availability.


No Refunds on Outlet

Please note: outlet items are final sale for refunds. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods on any outlet purchase. Store credit and exchanges are available within the 7-day window above.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Items should be folded in original packaging

  • Return authorization is required through our portal

  • Receive your prepaid shipping label

  • Track your return

A $7.95 label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
