Store Credit Returns
We gladly accept returns for store credit through our easy-to-use return portal.
- All returns must be submitted through our return portal
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order

How It Works

- Receive your prepaid shipping label
- Send your item back
Once your return is in the mail, you'll receive your store credit via email (minus the $7.95 cost of the return label), ready to use on your next purchase.
Dropping Off Your Return
If you choose to return your items by dropping them off, you may only bring them back to our warehouse at 235 Mill Street in Lawrence. Fame Off Central returns are not accepted at any of our Fame On Central stores.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items should be folded in original packaging
Good to Know
- Store credit is issued via email and can be used online
- Store credit issued by Fame Off Central is valid exclusively at FameOffCentral.com and may not be redeemed at any other Fame website or store
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
